The evening of May 27, 2022 marked a milestone moment for Limassol Blu Marine, as the first major construction stage of the Residential Tower (Phase A) was completed, allowing the Tower construction to continue on a high note.

One-hundred-and-fifty tonnes of steel, 1,500 cubic metres of high-performance concrete and 14 hours of casting allowed a 40-man construction team to accomplish the milestone, after having worked day and night on “Europe’s New Riviera”.

The construction milestones completed so far include:

  • The main structure piling, consisting of 69 piles – 20-25m in length each
  • The main structure of the Poseidon tower, with three of 35 storeys complete
  • The single pedestal of the 3m-high Poseidon tower
  • The single pedestal of the southern underground parking lots

The construction of Leptos Group’s Limassol Blu Marine is projected to contribute significantly to the Cypriot economy via new job creation in both the construction and services fields. The development will serve as a unique destination, catering to every high-end need thanks to specially-designed offices, luxury homes, world-class facilities, and unobstructed sea views.

Adding to its appeal, the project is located in front of Aktaia Odos, an area that includes Limassol Marina, My Mall, Dubai World Cruise Terminal, an international golf course and the construction site of the largest integrated casino resort in Europe.

Limassol Blu Marine has already attracted interest from foreign investors, as well as a large number of high-end buyers of luxury apartments, and aims to establish the area as a prime location for Cypriot and foreign companies dealing with innovation, technology, finance, and so on.

Meanwhile, with Limassol rapidly becoming a thriving central hub, with a wealth of services and high-quality services, among the Leptos Group’s goals over coming years is an increased presence in the coastal city.
