In today’s episode, President Nicos Anastasiades has tested positive for coronavirus, government spokesman Marios Pelekanos said on Tuesday.
He said that the President had tested positive during routine tests but reassured the public that his symptoms are mild.

In other news, More than 120.000 Cyprus residents travelled abroad in June, which was a 242.6 per cent increase on the same month last year.
Based on the data of the Statistical Service, the travels abroad in June totalled 121.146 compared to 35.361 in June 2021.
