A Paphos woman was attacked and injured by two stray dogs while taking her own dog for a walk.

The 60-year-old was attacked at about 4.30pm on Thursday near the Paphos swimming pool and suffered a fractured leg during the incident.

Paphos police chief Michalis Nikolaou explained on Friday that she fell over and suffered abrasions across her body, while her own dog was lightly injured.
