Christmas time is here again, and Bean Bar invites us to experience the magic of the most beautiful time of the year and to make the true meaning of the holidays come true by supporting children in need.
Bright Christmas lights, decorated trees and upbeat vibes have transformed the chain’s stores into warm and cosy spaces, where customers can enjoy the brand’s new Festive Limited Edition flavours, made especially for the season.
Meanwhile, via the campaign “Ho Ho Hope for Children”, which began on November 20 — World Children’s Day — Bean Bar is donating 30 per cent of its proceeds from Christmas products to “Hope For Children”. Until January 6, 2025, Bean Bar customers will be able to support kids in need, by enjoying the brand’s Festive Limited Edition selections.
Bean Bar’s Festive offerings are unique, with flavours and aromas evoking childhood memories of Christmas. They include the following:
- Hot Chocolate with chestnut flavour
- Hot Chocolate with orange and cinnamon flavour
- The delicious Santa’s Chocolate Cookies, which capture the flavour of the holidays
As for coffee lovers, this festive period, Bean Bar will be serving its Premium Christmas Blend, a mix of unique blends, combining fruity notes of strawberry with the warmth of cinnamon, cardamom and dark chocolate, creating an unforgettable sipping experience.
A Christmas Videogame
“This year, we experience the holidays through the eyes of children” went the slogan of the chain’s Christmas TV spot this year. And it wasn’t kidding. Diversity and the right to play, education, freedom and life were indeed the main points of this original Christmas… video game.
In the world of the spot, little heroes, dreamt up by the kids of “Hope for Children”, overcome obstacles and collect items like cinnamon, oranges, chestnuts, cookies and chocolate ingredients, as well as the chain’s festive cup, to create Bean Bar’s festive flavours, all while gaining superpowers and extra points.
“Christmas is a holiday for children, but also an opportunity for every one of us to become children again,” stated Bean Bar Brand Manager, Antonia Koumettou.
“This phrase, heard in this imaginative spot, could not better express the philosophy of Bean Bar. Through our ‘Ho Ho Hope For Children’ campaign, we combine the enjoyment of our festive flavours with the revival of our childhood Christmas memories, offering meaningful support to children in need,” she continued.
“We put sharing and love into practice, offering our customers a warm experience while contributing to important humanitarian work. We look forward to experiencing the most wonderful time of the year together in our stores, which have been transformed to bring the magic of Christmas to life.”
During the festive period, until January 6, 2025, all Bean Bar stores will remain open until 9pm, while the kitchen in the chain’s standalone coffeeshops will also remain open until that time, serving food.
The chain operates 14 stores, 11 of which are located within Alphamega Hypermarkets. The in-house coffee stores are located in Engomi, Akropoli, Deftera, Astromeritis and Latsia in Nicosia, Skarinou, Kiti and Metropolis Mall in Larnaca, as well as Polemidia, Kapsalos and Trimiklini in Limassol. The company’s three standalone coffeeshops (i.e. not within Alphamega stores) are located in Nicosia, on Makariou Avenue and in Limassol, at Kolonaki Avenue and the Old Port.
Staying home? The chain has teamed up with popular online food delivery platforms, Foody and Bolt. Prefer to pick up yourself? Customers can order their favourite Bean Bar beverages via the brand’s App and claim them from the store of their choice.
