Wide-scale traffic checks carried out on Thursday night resulted in the filing of 121 traffic complaints, including three arrests for drink driving and speeding, the police said on Friday.
According to the police, a total of 311 checks were carried out, while at the same time, officers proceeded with the inspection of 14 premises to combat delinquency.
Sixty-nine of the 121 reports were filed for speeding and five vehicles were confiscated.
The police said the checks were part of a coordinated operation to prevent crime and ensure public order.
