Nine individuals were arrested during overnight police operations to crack down on crime, including for attempted bombing and drink driving.

The police pulled over 639 vehicles and checked 983 drivers and passengers.

They reported 315 people for various traffic offences, including three for drink driving.

Nine vehicles were impounded.

The police also raided 23 establishments and filed one report.
