A seven-day remand order was issued on Friday against a 22-year-old to facilitate investigations into the mugging of delivery drivers in Paphos.

The Paphos district court heard that this was the second arrest in connection with the attacks on August 18.

A 35-year old had already been arrested and taken before the court on Thursday. An eight-day remand order had been issued.

Police investigations are ongoing.
