American football quarterback Tom Brady and wife Giselle Bundchen, a Brazilian model and businesswoman, recently sold their stunning Tribeca apartment in New York’s Manhattan, for $36.8 million.

The waterfront condo is one of many luxury properties the power couple has recently sold, with Brady now purchasing real estate in Florida, given that he plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, after 20 memorable seasons with the New England Patriots.
