Paphos police arrested a man in connection with a case of rape on Monday evening.
A 29-year-old woman, a resident of the Paphos district, reported to police on Monday that she was raped by her 28-year-old ex-partner.
She told police he came to visit their child on Sunday, and after the child fell asleep had sexual intercourse with her, without her consent.
Police located the suspect on Monday evening and arrested him under a warrant.
