Air charter group Zela Aviation announced on Tuesday Zela Jet, a new airline offering private flights in Cyprus.

Zela Jet was introduced by the air charter group, which has been operating in Cyprus, Greece and UK since 2006.

It will provide private flight services in Greece and Cyprus, offering leisure and business trips to destinations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, a written announcement said.

These trips will be curated by specialised consultants and will be organised in cooperation with major airlines, with a range of luxury aircrafts and helicopters.

Zela Jet “acted boldly and strategically to meet the challenges of the new era,” chairman Andreas Christodoulides said, adding that the company’s “specialised knowledge, experience and reliable services open paths for every traveller who values security, time, service, and freedom”.
