Police on Wednesday arrested an 18-year-old man after being reported by an underage girl of hacking into her social media accounts and sending her photos to others.

He is being investigated for distribution of child pornography, gaining access to information systems, access to and disclosure of private communication and processing of personal data.

The minor reported that the suspect, after illegally accessing her online accounts, secured photos and conversations of hers and sent them to a third person.

Police also seized a mobile phone found on his person.
