No deaths from Covid-19 were announced on Monday, as 50 new infections were detected after 47,063 tests, a positivity rate of 0.11 per cent.
The health ministry said 70 people were being treated in hospital, with 31 in serious or critical condition.
Since the start of the pandemic last year, 360 have died from the virus while health authorities recorded 72, 457 cases.
The virus has so far claimed the lives of 240 men and 120 women, the average age being 78.
Of those hospitalised, 17 were intubated, five were being treated in the ICU without intubation, and nine in high dependency units.
The ministry said 50 new infections were detected in the past 24 hours, 10 being close contacts of previously confirmed cases. They were found among 292 samples.
Two cases concerned passengers tested at the two airports who had been among 3,739 people tested.
Eight cases were reported among 1,633 samples tested privately. An additional two were among 537 tested with rapid antigen tests at private labs and pharmacies.
Twenty-eight cases were detected among 40,153 samples tested by crews across the Republic.
In the north meanwhile, Turkish Cypriots reported 105 new cases after 8,539 tests.
Eighty-five of the cases concerned workers at one construction site in Nicosia.
Thirty-three people have died so far in the north while the number of cases has reached 7,229.
