Archbishop Chrysostomos resumed his duties on Tuesday after receiving cancer treatment in North Carolina, USA, the Archbishopric said in a written announcement.
According to his doctors, the archbishop’s health saw notable improvement compared with previous medical tests.
The archbishop underwent radioembolisation to the tumours in his liver on May 27 at the Carolina Medical Centre. He returned to the island on Monday.
On Tuesday, Chrysostomos resumed his duties at the archbishopric.
