Celestyal Cruises, a cruise line that also serves Cyprus, have announced a strategic partnership with AtmosAir Solutions, a company specialising in the filtration and cleaning of the air in indoor areas.

“The health and safety of our passengers, crew and the destinations we visit is our first priority. We are constantly upgrading all protection measures so that we ensure the health of all passengers,” Celestyal Cruises CEO Chris Theophilides said in a statement.

“AtmosAir’s proven air purification technology is an additional protection measure that we provide, in order to offer everyone an extra level of comfort and safety “, he added.

“We are proud to be working with Celestyal Cruises,” said AtmosAir Solutions CEO Steve Levine.

“Health and safety is the key parameter for the cruise industry to regain the people’s trust,” Levine added.

DP World Limassol welcomed Salamis’ car ferry Ro-Ro ‘Vassilios’ on its maiden call at the Limassol port on Monday, 19 July 2021. Upon its arrival, the vessel was warmly received by DP World Limassol’s Operation Superintendent who exchanged plaques with the captain of the ship.

“We are delighted to welcome the RoRo ferry vessel “Vassilios” to its new home at the Limassol port and we would like to congratulate Salamis for this addition to their fleet,” DP World Limassol CEO Nawaf Abdulla said.

“Due to its strategic location, the Limassol port is of high importance for the region’s freight transportation flows, while it is ideal for roll-on-roll-off logistics as well as for the storage and transhipment of vehicles,” he added.
