Two arrested at Paphos Airport for duty-free tobacco

Police officers found a large quantity of duty-free tobacco in the luggage of two people who were preparing to fly to the UK from Paphos late on Wednesday.

An X-ray check revealed 87 cartons of cigarettes and one kilo of tobacco for which no duty had been paid.

The two were arrested and taken into custody.
