Burglars steal €5,000in cash from Tala home

Paphos police are investigating the theft of €5,000 in cash, and valuables of unknown value, including jewellery from a home in Tala.

According to police, a woman reported that while she was absent from home from 4pm to 9pm on Monday, strangers broke into her house and stole the money and the items.

Officers at the scene found that the perpetrators apparently broke in through the kitchen door.
