Music under the stars in Limassol

A magical music event under the stars, with the Limassol marina view as the backdrop, will be held at the Limassol Marina Square on Wednesday. Organised by Limassol Marina and the Limassol Municipality, the Music Under the Stars concert will present a musical tribute to the great Greek composer Mikis Theodorakis who passed this September.

Also part of the evening’s repertoire are various famous songs from old Greek and foreign movies by famous musicians.

Soprano Mariza Anastasiades, tenor Marios Andreou, Christina Pissouriou on the accordion, Antonis Polykarpou on the piano and Doros Zesimos on the cello are set to perform and dress the night with their magical music tones. “Starting at 8pm and until 9.30pm,” say organisers, “this open-air concert will be the perfect way to spend that Wednesday evening in a unique set-up on the sea!”
