Drug driver stopped in Paphos

A 25-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs and for illegal cannabis possession in Paphos, police said on Friday.

Officers stopped the man driving on the main Kathikas road towards Peyia, in the Pikni area.

He was initially arrested when officers found an unspecified quantity of cannabis in his possession.

He then tested positive to a narcotest, police said.
