Alphamega partners with French supermarket chain Casino

Alphamega Hypermarkets has entered a strategic partnership with French supermarket chain Casino Group, one of the world leaders in mass-market retail, gaining the exclusive rights to carry the group’s products in Cyprus.

By partnering with Casino Group, Alphamega Hypermarkets gains access to a catalogue of 1,000 products, comprising a wide range of food items, including frozen and special-diet foods such as organic, veggie and gluten-free products. The catalogue also includes a broad range of beverages, as well as pet supplies.

It follows that Casino Group’s high-quality products are now available at Alphamega Hypermarkets, at affordable prices.

Casino Group is one of the world’s biggest retail companies, with more than 10,000 stores worldwide and a turnover of over €31 billion. It should be noted that the company has a huge portfolio of private-label products: over 5,700 food and 2,300 non-food items. The French chain’s products are expertly crafted to ensure the best nutritional and organic quality for its consumers, while frozen items like chicken, pork and salmon are produced without the use of antibiotics.
