Man arrested in connection with Larnaca car theft

A 27-year-old man has been arrested to facilitate police investigations into a case of burglary and car theft in Larnaca.

According to police statement, in March an unknown person stole car keys from an office in Larnaca and then the vehicle was stolen from the parking lot of the premises. The stolen car was located parked in Larnaca on May 13.

The investigation into the case revealed evidence against a 37-year-old man, who was arrested on a warrant shortly before 2am on Monday.

The case is under ongoing investigation.
