A 39-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of stealing copper pipes and wires from a construction site in Paphos earlier this year.

For the same case, a 44-year-old man was arrested on June 14.

The theft was reported to police on April 29 by a Paphos resident saying unknown culprits stole a number of copper pipes, wires and a photovoltaic inverter from his building that was under construction.

Police said the man, who was arrested on Friday, was also wanted for carrying a knife in public in a threatening manner.
