Pensioner robbed in Geroskipou square

An elderly Geroskipou resident filed a complaint with police on Sunday, claiming he was robbed shortly after one in the afternoon, as he went to Geroskipou square to shop.

Before shopping, he used the public restrooms where, it appears that two unknown persons snatched his wallet containing approximately €500 and ran away.

The man told police he had just received his pension.

Paphos police are conducting investigations to identify the perpetrators.
