Last day to register to vote in presidential election set for December 27

The last day to register to vote in the 2023 presidential elections is December 27, the interior ministry announced on Tuesday.

For the elections on February 5, 2023, all individuals who will be over the age of 18 are allowed to register to vote.

The ministry said the registration forms can be picked up at district offices, Citizens Service Centres, or online at elections.gov.cy.

The announcement added that on October 10 the deputy ministry of research, innovation, and digital policy will launch a website to allow people to register to vote online.
