More live music is coming up this month as the Pharos Arts Foundation presents the compelling Anahit Chaushyan in an enchanting all-Armenian piano recital. Her performance on October 26 aims to take audiences on a unique journey into the rich and nuanced piano music of Armenia, delivering a programme of piano masterpieces by Komitas, Ruben Sargsyan, Geghuni Chitchyan, Vache Sharafyan, Gayane Chebotaryan and Levon Chaushyan.

Besides her solo performances, she is also a member of the Orpheus & Bacchus Ensemble in France, the Amaranth Trio, and the founder of Fugata Quintet in the UK. For her Cyprus recital, Anahit will perform the pieces Shoror, Gift to Komitas, Dedication – to Silva Kaputikyan, Armenian Bas-Reliefs, Voices of the Invisible Blue Butterflies, Preludes, Urbi et Orbi and Sonata for piano No.1.
