A man was arrested in the early morning hours on Wednesday on suspicion of raping a woman in Nicosia.
Investigations started on Tuesday when a woman visited a specific police station of the capital to report that a man had sexual intercourse with her without her consent.
As part of investigations, police arrested a man early on Wednesday.
