peloponnese wine

A large group of Peloponnese producers will return to Limassol to bring present their unique wines to Cypriot professionals and oenophiles during the latest edition of the Peloponnese Wine Festival. This celebration of Peloponnese wineries will take place at the Ceronia Hall of Carob Mill Restaurants on February 6, welcoming industry professionals and wine enthusiasts alike.

Running from 12pm to 9pm, the 5th Peloponnese Wine Festival will host 26 top Greek winemakers in a walk-around tasting format and aims at highlighting the different terroirs, grape varieties and diversity of wine styles that Peloponnese vineyards offer. More than 200 wine labels will be available for tasting, with a large array of authentic and international varieties grown in the biggest Greek wine area, from regions spanning from Nemea, Mantinia and Patra through to Monemvasia and Kalamata.

For another year, the my.wine.gr platform will allow visitors to track their tasting notes online and keep impressions from the tasted wines. This tool offers the opportunity to keep personal notes, track favourite wines and create a personal wine list with all the wines that will be tasted and scored throughout the event.
