Arrest for illegal employment in Paphos

Paphos police on Monday arrested two people in relation to a case of illegal employment.

According to the police statement, at 8.15 am, members of the immigration unit conducted a check at a car repair shop where they found a 28-year-old illegally employed without the required documents.

The employee and the 40-year-old owner were taken to the Paphos central police station where they were accused in writing and released pending court summons.
