Another edition of the people’s favourite Fork Food Market is on its way. Taking over the Nicosia Municipal Gardens once again on Friday, the event will fill up with foodies and street food vendors sharing flavours from all around the world. As the kitchens open at 7pm, big crowds are expected to flock to the gardens yet again, ready to mingle and taste new dishes. For those eager to know the food options prior to the event, the Fork Food organisers have published the street food vendors joining them.

The Munchables will be offering their fried chicken burger called Da Beast along with a tasty potato salad. Omni Honest Food will have falafel flatbread, chicken shawarma wraps, halloumi bites and pitta nachos. Amanamu, a plant-based kitchen, will serve classic Mexican street food – tacos al pastor and elotes. More vegetarian options will be brought by The Food Garden which will serve veggie noodles and mushroom ‘gyros’. The Bavaria Meets Cyprus stand will cook up pork or lamb Bratwurst sausages while Suyaguy will offer tastes of Nigeria with spiced beef with liver and signature rice flour bread with vegetables. Smokey Dee’s will once again be serving a BBQ Sundae with either pork, chicken or vegetables.

A Fork Food classic, BAO will have their best-selling bao buns featuring a pork or tempura mushroom feeling. Road Buns will also be there with their Fork Classic Burgers, Beetroot veggie burgers and homemade fries. Finally, The Vendor will add a sweet note to the evening with its Banana Dream and Armenoville desserts. Lots of delicious treats to choose from in what is expected to be another packed outdoor event, the last one in May before the summer series begins.
