Cyprus Youth Symphony Orchestra back on stage

Young musicians are getting ready to perform at Pallas Theatre. On Monday, students of the Academy, as well as the ensembles of the Cyprus Youth Symphony Orchestra and the programme ΣymhpoΠedia will present popular works of the wider repertoire.

At the same time, Nicosia audiences will also have the opportunity to enjoy ΣymhpoΠedia’s newly formed choir. The concert is part of the framework and in collaboration with the 22nd International Chamber Music Festival of the Pharos Arts Foundation and features the accomplished violinist Elly Suh who will appear as a soloist performing Summer from the famous cycle of A. Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons. The concert will be interspersed with narration by Marina Filippidou-Theocharous, under the direction of the Artistic Director Yiorgos Kountouris.
