Festival to promote salve for the Mind, Body & Spirit

mbs 2023 2

Faithful followers of the MBS Festival from around the island wait all year round for this annual event and its newest edition is fast approaching. Taking place on the first weekend of December, the Mind, Body & Spirit Festival returns to its location at the St Raphael Hotel in Limassol for a packed two-day event with holistic, spiritual and body activities.

Through December 2 and 3, over 80 workshops, seminars and classes will take place, free to visitors to attend with their €15 festival day entrance ticket. Local and international practitioners, yogis, healers and naturopaths will gather to lead insightful sessions, welcoming participants from all walks of life. What’s special about the MBS Festival is that its classes are diverse and open to all, welcoming experienced yogis, first-timers, long-standing followers and newcomers to the world of wellness. Apart from the classes, the MBS Market will return, featuring over 70 exhibitors and vendors.

“It’s been 20 years since our first Mind Body & Spirit festival in Cyprus,” says organiser Marilena Angelides. “Looking back, we can only feel gratitude and joy. So many connections have been weaved, on so many levels, by so many charismatic people that it is overwhelming when I reflect back. Ultimately, it was a tiny seed of love that was humbly planted two decades ago and which has now grown into something beyond our wildest dreams.”

This will be the first time the festival takes place during the festive Christmas season of early December. “Winter is a time for inner work and reflection, a time to look into our depth to find our inner being and connect with it. Ultimately listening to ourselves and understanding them better is of core value, so we can make new decisions and resolutions for the brand-new year.”
