Today’s weather: Increasing clouds, high daytime temps

Tuesday will see thin dust and increased cloud cover at times with temperatures rising to 25C in the interior, 24C on the north and southeast coasts, 23C on the remaining coasts and 15C in the higher mountains. Winds will be north- to south-easterly, later turning westerly, up to moderate, 4 Beaufort. The sea will be somewhat rough.

Overnight will remain partly cloudy with isolated showers or a thunderstorm expected, mainly on the north and east coasts. Temperatures will drop to 11C inland, 13C on the coast and 6C in the higher mountains. Winds will be variable and light, up to 3 Beaufort and locally moderate, up to 4 Beaufort. The sea will remain rough.

Rain and isolated thunderstorms are expected from Wednesday onwards with temperatures dripping over the three days to fluctuate close to average for the season.
