larnaca xmas market

Here to spread more festive joy is another Christmas market; in Larnaca with street food at its core and running for 10 days bringing DJs, live acts, over 100 artists filled with crafts, food and drink. It is time for the Larnaca Christmas Food and More Market.

The market officially opens its doors on Friday at Zouhouri Square where it will remain until December 24. From 4pm to midnight every day, the central Larnaca square will fill with food stalls serving dishes from around the world, artistic corners and performances. Its organisers have hosted several street food festivals in the past and this upcoming event has a Christmas spin to it.

Continuing its support for Cypriot musicians, DJs and artists, the Larnaca market will also feature live entertainment. As the market opens on Friday, a mini musical of the popular story Grinch will take place at 5pm followed by a dance show at 6pm. Later, DJ LPS will take over the decks, while Candy Nicolaou and Andreas Ioannou perform live.

On Saturday, Theofano PapaChristou will present a live music show at 8pm before DJ Sparta plays festive music around 10pm. On Sunday, an acoustic live performance will be presented at 6pm by Dionysis Nicolaou, followed by a show with Katy Miltiadous. Lifting the mood will be DJ Dino.K. who will accompany visitors until midnight. Throughout the week, a series of local musicians and dance groups will take over the floor of Zouhouri Square adding to the free entertainment of the season.
