The results of the Pancyprian survey on the reliability of Cyprus’ six medical centres, conducted by polling company RAI Consultants, have been published, with the American Medical Center (AMC) in pole position.
As in the previous seven years, the Center came top among respondents’ choices as the most trusted health hub in the country, recording the highest score among all questions posed.
The survey was carried out on behalf of StockWatch and covered urban and rural areas; respondents were men and women over the age of 18, for a sample of 600 people.
Expressing their satisfaction with the results, American Medical Center founders, cardiothoracic surgeon Dr Marinos Soteriou and interventional cardiologist Dr Christos Christou, assured that the AMC will continue to provide high-level health services, maintaining the survey respondents’ ranking.
The AMC’s top position for the eighth consecutive year is the highest honour and a moral reward for offering patients the best possible care and safety, noted Dr Soteriou, as well as an affirmation of the tireless and efficient efforts of the Center’s medical, nursing and administrative staff.
Dr Christou, in turn, referred to the American Medical Center’s timeless, trust-based bond with the public, which, he said, the AMC will continue to meet, while raising Cyprus ever-higher on the global medical map.
