More than a 25 per cent of US Gulf of Mexico oil and 13 per cent of natural gas output remained offline in the aftermath of post-tropical cyclone Rafael, the US offshore energy regulator reported on Monday.
There were 449,541 barrels of oil and 243 million cubic feet of natural gas production shut-in on Monday, offshore regulator Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) reported.
