Tuesday is set to begin with partial cloud cover and the possibility of isolated rain in some areas.

Temperatures will rise to a maximum of 18 degrees Celsius inland, 19 degrees Celsius on the coasts, and eight degrees in the mountains.

In the evening and overnight the skies will clear up, with temperatures set to drop to seven degrees Celsius inland, nine degrees Celsius on the coasts, and a single degree above freezing in the mountains, where frost will form overnight.

In the early hours of Wednesday morning, light fog may also form across parts of the island.

The weather will then remain largely clear through the rest of the working week, with temperatures set to gradually increase on Wednesday and Thursday, before dropping again on Friday.
