An eight-day remand has been issued for an 18-year-old for attempted car robberies in Larnaca.
The boy was reportedly trying to open parked cars on the street, when he was found around 10pm on Sunday by the police.
On his possession they found a small amount of cannabis, a hood, a knife and two sets of car keys.
The 18-year-old was arrested and taken into custody for the unlawful possession of drugs, possession of an offensive weapon, and illegal possession of property.
Further investigation showed that he had ongoing warrants for two previous robberies of food delivery workers, earlier this month.
On Monday, he was brought before the Larnaca court where he was remanded for eight days for both warrants.
