After the clearing of light fog on Wednesday, the weather will turn mainly clear. Occasional clouds and thin dust will be observed, leading to haze at some locations. Temperatures will rise to 20C inland and on the coast, and 12C in the higher mountains. Winds will start off variable and light, 3 Beaufort, gradually turning south-to-north-westerly, light to moderate, up to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be slightly rough.
Overnight will be stay clear with increased low cloud in some areas. Temperatures will drop to 9C inland, 11C on the coast, and 3C in the higher mountains, where frost is expected. Winds will be north-westerly to north-easterly, weak, 3 Beaufort, and on the west coast up to moderate, 4 Beaufort. The sea will remain slightly rough.
Thursday brings a chance of isolated rains, while Friday and Saturday will be mainly clear.
Temperatures are forecast to drop slightly on Thursday and hold steady through Saturday, at levels above the seasonal norm. The height of the snow on the highest peaks of Troodos, at the time of publication was 5cm.
