The left lanes of the Nicosia-Limassol motorway will be closed from Friday night until Sunday morning due to maintenance work.

The two left lanes of the road will be closed in both directions due to work, on the section of the motorway between Latsia and Dali.

The closures will affect both directions of the motorway on the section between Latsia and Dali. The department of public works will carry out maintenance on the bridge over the Almyros River, including the replacement of contraction and expansion joints.

The closures will span approximately 500 metres, with traffic diverted through the middle and right lanes during this period.

Police are advising drivers to exercise caution, maintain low speeds, keep a safe distance from other vehicles and adhere to road markings within the work zone.
