Winds will be mainly westerly to north-westerly, later turning northerly. Initially they will be light to moderate, up to 4 Beaufort, later turning to strong, 5 Beaufort. The sea will be rough.
Overnight will continue partly cloudy with rains expected, mainly in the west and north. Snow, sleet and frost are expected in mountain regions. Temperatures will drop to 4C inland, 6C on the coast, and -1C in the higher mountains. Winds will be north-westerly to northerly, moderate to strong, up to 5 Beaufort, and locally very strong, up to 6 Beaufort. The sea will be rough.
Thursday is expected to turn mainly clear after morning rains in the mountains. Friday and Saturday are forecast to be clear and cold, with some increased cloud. Temperatures will drop below the seasonal norm by Thursday and on Friday, with a slight rise expected on Saturday.
