Police have ruled out foul play regarding the dead body found in the centre of Nicosia on Tuesday morning.

A police spokesman confirmed to the Cyprus Mail that the body belonged to a male and was found at around 5.20am in the area around Spyros Kyprianou avenue in the capital’s centre.

The body, found on the ground floor of a building under construction, has been identified and the family notified.
