Prominent corporate trainer and business consultant Leonidas Alexandrou announces the launch of a groundbreaking generational research study.

Focused on the island’s Generation Z, the study is titled “A Pioneering Perspective on Gen Z: The First Comprehensive Study in Cyprus”, aiming to uncover the unique trends, behaviours and aspirations of young Cypriots, offering valuable insights to better understand and support this generation.

Unlike existing research, which predominantly relies on US and UK data, this study homes in on Cyprus’ distinct cultural, social and economic landscape. With strong family ties and deep-rooted traditions, Cypriot society lends local Gen-Zers a unique identity—one this research seeks to explore in depth.

With extensive experience in leadership training and development and an especial focus on neuroscience, Alexandrou has stressed the significance of the research. “The need for Cyprus-specific data is vital,” he has noted. “Through this research, we will gain deeper insights into our youth and develop strategies that truly align with their real needs.

The study’s findings, expected to be published in early April 2025, will positively impact a range of sectors, including business, education and policy-making, ensuring decisions are based on accurate and relevant data.
