Among others, the Myeurolife app offers the following features:

  • Login and security: registration is done using a mobile phone or E-mail already registered with Eurolife while security is enhanced by using PIN and biometrics (face id or fingerprint)
  • Documents: they are at your disposal to download and/or print Amendment forms, Claim forms, investment fund brochure, etc.
  • Notifications: you have the possibility to receive notifications (Push Notifications) in order to be immediately informed of important events concerning your Contract as well as to be notified of the status of your Claim.
  • Contract details: the details of your Contracts are at your disposal, such as Coverages, Insured Member, Payments, Benefits, Surrender Value (if the type of Contract provides for it), Contract Status.
  • Claims: you can submit a Claim, view your Claims history [payment amount, Insured Member, Claims status, details (resolution) for a Claim submitted after 25/7/2024].
  • Changes to Policies: you can submit changes to your Policies and view the history of changes for a Policy.
  • Payments: execute payments via JCC and view your payment history.
