The menu starts with a Bang Bang Prawns Platter, featuring the crunchy delight of bang bang prawns, dipped in deliciously spicy firecracker mayo. An alternative suggestion is the Vegetarian Platter for Two — a delicious assortment of five steamed vegetable gyoza, accompanied by velvety sauce, soy beans and bang bang cauliflower. Perfect for those who love rich, veggie flavours and the warm feeling of Spring.

As for the main dishes… who can resist Chu Chee Curry?
