Friday’s weather is expected to be partly cloudy in most parts of the island, with isolated rain in coastal areas not ruled out.
As the day progresses, rain and possibly the odd isolated storm may progress inland, in the north and east of the island as well as in central areas and in the mountains, with hailstones expected in storm-affected areas.
Temperatures will rise to 22 degrees Celsius inland, 20 degrees Celsius on the coasts, and eight degrees Celsius in the mountains.
Overnight, the skies are expected to clear up, though rain is still possible in the west and north of the island.
Low clouds and fog will be possible inland and in the east of the island in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Temperatures are expected to drop to nine degrees Celsius inland, 12 degrees Celsius on the south and east coasts, 14 degrees Celsius on the west and north coasts, and four degrees Celsius in the mountains.
Clearer skies are expected for Saturday, with isolated rains in part during the afternoon, with light cloud expected on Sunday and Monday.
Temperatures are expected to remain stable through Saturday, with gradual increases through Sunday and Monday.
