Two young men were attacked and robbed in their own flat in Kato Paphos on Monday night, police said.
The violent robbery happened around 10.30pm, when two masked individuals forced their way into the flat. The victims, aged 29 and 26, were inside the property when the attackers entered.
According to the police, the intruders used a knife and physical force during the assault. They then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash and gold jewellery.
Both victims were injured and taken to Paphos general hospital for treatment. They were later discharged after receiving first aid.
The case is being investigated by the Paphos Criminal Investigation Department. Officers are working to identify the suspects and determine the total value of the stolen items.
