Bálza, the rooftop bar-restaurant overlooking Eleftheria Square, is making its return and preparing to reopen its doors between late May and early June, offering a refreshed gastronomic identity and a complete experience that promises to stand out.
At the helm of the kitchen once again is renowned, award-winning chef Angelos Bakopoulos, bringing his creative, authentic and contemporary approach to Bálza’s menu. Dishes crafted with inspiration, technique and soul – for those who love food as much as they value unique experiences.
Furthermore, Bálza’s signature cocktail list is being reimagined with flair under the direction of mixologist Vakis Stavris, while Bálza’s music and overall atmosphere promise evenings infused with the essence of an urban escape – set against the backdrop of Old Nicosia’s city lights.

All of this unfolds from Bálza’s elevated setting atop Megaron Hadjisavva, on the corner of Evagorou Avenue and Omirou Street, Nicosia (Evagorou 2, seventh floor).
