This weekend, the ENAVSMA FOUNDATION will present the charity event “Let Me Tell You a Story… Vol. 2”, as part of the Access City Festival. For the second consecutive year, this interactive experience for children and adults alike will deliver powerful life messages.

Taking place on Saturday, May 31, 2025 from 10.30am to 1pm, in Old Nicosia’s Faneromeni Square, this unique event will unfold as a vibrant canvas of life stories, children’s fairytales and creative activities.

The event aims to support the charitable mission of the ENAVSMA FOUNDATION, which is committed to offering more and more young Cypriots the chance to pursue postgraduate studies, spread their wings, and become the leaders and innovators of tomorrow. Since its inception in 2018, ENAVSMA has awarded 29 postgraduate scholarships in Cyprus and abroad, amounting to over €185,000.

On May 31, from 10.30am to 12.30pm, the square will host a storytelling corner and an arts and crafts zone, led by art and theatre instructor Sosanna Tomazou, for kids and the young at heart.

From 11am to 1pm, Faneromeni Square will transform into a Human Library, featuring real-life stories shared by Human Talks Cyprus. Visitors will get to engage in one-on-one conversations with individuals sharing their personal experiences—whether shaped by religion, nationality, disability, or other defining aspects. The purpose of these dialogues is to break down prejudices and foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of diversity. All participants are volunteers, contributing to Human Talks’ mission to celebrate difference, promote empathy and work toward a more inclusive society.

“Let Me Tell You a Story…” supports ENAVSMA’s broader vision—to empower Cypriot youth through education, helping them write their own stories of success and knowledge.
