The Akti 2024 wine from Kyperounda Winery has been included in the 2025 Great Greek Wines list, an institution that celebrates the quality and authenticity of Greek and Cypriot viticulture.

This distinction represents a significant recognition of our winery’s identity and consistency. Among 660 wines submitted by nearly 200 wineries from Greece and Cyprus, only 10 per cent were selected, with Akti 2024 standing out for its character and quality.

The Great Greek Wines institution, which in 2025 presents a refreshed profile and strategic direction, aims to showcase the excellence of Greek wine through a rigorous evaluation process, led by seven top-tier judges from the field.

The awards ceremony took place on May 22, 2025 at the Hotel Grande Bretagne in Athens, under the auspices and support of the Greek National Tourism Organisation (GNTO).
