Monday morning will see local fog and low clouds, with the sky clearing up in most areas of the island during the day, although there is still a chance of temporarily increased cloudiness.

Temperatures are expected to reach 40 degrees Celsius inland, 33 degrees on the west coast, 35 degrees in remaining coastal regions , and 32 degrees in the mountains. The sea will generally be slightly rough.

At night, locally increased low clouds with sparse local fog or mist expected to form late at night and during the early morning hours can be observed. Winds will blow mainly southwest to northwest and locally variable, weak at 3 Beaufort. Temperatures will drop to around 24 degrees inland and, on the coast, and around 20 degrees in the mountains.

On Tuesday, the weather will be mainly clear and hot. In the mountainous areas, cloudiness will increase during the midday hours and after, and this may give rise to isolated rain.

On Wednesday and Thursday, it will be mainly clear but also particularly warm. Overall temperatures will gradually rise until Thursday,  remaining well above average for this time of year.
