Public attendance is continuing enthusiastically following Altamira’s current Open Day viewing period at the Regal Gardens 1 & 2 complex in Tersefanou, which kicked off on October 13, 2025, ahead of the Live Bid property auction on Friday, October 17, 2025.

The Open Day period offers visitors the opportunity to view the 37 ready-to-move-in apartments of the complex, with prices starting from just €70,000. Guests also have the chance to tour two fully furnished apartments and gain a realistic sense of life in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

During the week-long Open Day period, the complex is open to the public daily from 9am to 4pm, and on Friday until 1pm, giving prospective buyers ample time to explore their options and identify the apartment that best meets their needs.

The viewings culminate on Friday, October 17 at 3pm with a live auction. During the auction, a bar will operate on-site, serving drinks and refreshments to create a pleasant and friendly atmosphere that enhances the overall experience and encourages social interaction.

Each participant in the auction will be able to submit offers higher than the reserve price to secure the property of their choice. Participants are required to provide a deposit of €5,000 by bank draft, while the successful buyer will be the one who submits the highest bid.
